HILL FAMILY from HUNTINGDON I am researching the family of WALTER HILL bn 1872 at Diddington in the district of St. Neots Huntingdon. Walter married LOUISA MITCHELL bn 1867 Kimbolton Huntingdon, in 1894 at Huntingdon Known children: WALTER STEPHEN HILL bn 1895 DANIEL ROBERT HILL bn 1897 REGINALD ALFRED HILL bn 1899 All born at Kimbolton Huntingdon, rest of family not known. STEPHEN HILL bn 1839 Diddington Huntingdon was the father of Walter Hill bn 1872 his other sons were: WILLIAM HILL bn 1864 ROBERT HILL bn 1867 FRANK HILL bn 1870 and daughter JULIA HILL bn 1865 All born Diddington Huntingdon Frank Hill, my grandfather, married: SUSAN SARAH ANN MITCHELL bn 1873 born Kimbolton Huntingdon she was the sister of Louisa Mitchell. I believe the Hill family you mention from Diddington are our ancestors as well! Brothers Robert and William I knew about, Robert appears to have stayed locally but William went to Hertfordshire where my grandfather was born.
