Hi I'm researching the Carter side of my family tree. They originally came from Wilford and Sandiacre in the Nottinghamshire area. In the late 1850's my branch of the family moved to Middlesbrough. George Carter m Mary Spencer MeeBorn 1830's | John May, George m Mary Mackay, Annie, William, Thomas Joseph Born 1850/60's | Mary Jane, John George,Herbert, Harriet Beaumont,Ethel May, Florence, Gertrude, Elsie, Lily, William James Florence emigrated to Cananda and were last living in Vancouver. Her father George Carter was a councillor for Ormesby Urban District Council. If anybody has information or is related please contact me Chris Carter North Ormesby Middlesbrough |
