John Smith - year of birth approx 1942. My adopted name is Cathy Lister - now Judge (my birth name was Linda Bodycott) I was born in 1963 in County Hospital, Hereford. I understand from information passed to me by The Children's Society that my father was called John Smith . I have information that he was a professional boxer and part time lorry driver I have 2 addresses known for him. He lived with his mother at Birds Farm, Great Wyrley, Walsall, Staffordshire in 1963 and the last known address I have for him is 2, Hertswood Road, London W12 in and around 1964.
