Gillian I am trying to find birth details for Ann Williams, father William Williams, Ann born abt 1850-1855. She married David Williams in Merthyr Tydfil in Nov 1869. He was a coal miner. Ann's father was a farmer at Blaencanaird Farm. Any connectiion Betty. |

Help, anyone researching a williams tree in anglesey have you come across an extra family member that can,t be accounted for. i am trying to find my gt grandfather william williams born c1874 in anglesey (possibly carreglefn) apparently he was abandoned on the doorstep of a farm and the family took him in and gave him the name william and raised him as one of their own possibly listed as son or grandson on any census forms.i have no other family names to tie him to apart from the name of his father on his marriage cert is william willliams deceased.. nobody in the family knows anything about him prior to his marriage to my gt grandmother charlotte when he was 21 and that took place in wallasey merseyside. hope someone can help kind regards gill williams |
