Member Since: March 2006 Posts: 2 Send Message	I am looking for the relatives of Joseph Carter born 1925 and admitted to Dr Barnardo Homes in October 1928. He also had a sister called Jane born around 1915. It is believed that both went to Canada to live and it is know that he was in Canada in or around 1945. He was originally living in the Dudley area in England.
