I am trying to find anyone who can tell me about my father and his family, my father was Leonard Stanley Percy born circa 1915 in London, he was one of 13 children, I believe one sister was called Eve and she had a daughter called Pamela they lived in Ruislip. My father died in 1992 I believe. I have no other information at all, except he was a partner to Elsie Lillian Parkes and had a daughter Sandra, they lived in Chertsey Surrey from 1945 - 1953/4.

My first thought would be to get hold of your Dad's death cert and also to go round any living relatives for further info.
You should of course have your own birth cert to establish your relationship - sorry if this appears rather elementary but it's surprising how many wild goose chases start with supposed relationships.
I used to work in a local history library and seen at first hand the disappointment this gives sometimes.

G-granddaughter Francis Percy 1851-1927 certificated for death and marriage. No birth cert yet, but in 1851 census.

Possible longshot freeBMD does have a birth in 1913 in Brentford of a Leonard SC Percy, his mothers maiden name is given as Busby.

There is a marriage in Mar 1914 in Brentford of a Joseph S Percy and an Alice L Busby.

On the 1901 census in Acton:

Joseph S Percy c1865 Paddington, Coachman
Alice L c1871 Notting Hill
Elsie C c1896
May F c1898
Alfred F c1900

Check out freeBMD for Percy in Brentford.

In 1902 there was an Evelyn Emily M Percy, that could be your Eve.
