George Charles William Roberts: All i know is that he married or lived with Florence Gladys Elliott in Islington. they had one son that i know of, Jack William Roberts, born in 1927 in Islington. Jack was my stepfathers father, making George and Florence his grandparents, and he knows nothing about them or any family at all. Jack William was not brought up by his parents, we dont know why, but he also never spoke about them. My stepfather would love to know if he has an aunties or uncles or other relatives out there. I have searched in vain for a record of a marriage between George and Florence but have had no luck at all. If anyone can help we would be truly grateful, Sharon. |
