Hallo one and all - I am trying to find information on my gr,grandmother Rachel MORRIS (the name shown on my grandfather's death certificate and the information given to me by family members.) The British 1881 census shows her as Rachel, born in Tividale, Stafford c. 1848. Rachel had a grandaughter Rachel Elizabeth - whether she was named after her grandmother or not I do not know. Rachel married Henry SIMPSON, although I have not been able to find any data on their marriage. I do know from the census that their first child, Ruth, was born in 1868 in Hamstead, Worcester.
