Member Since: March 2007 Posts: 1 Send Message	Jane, I believe that we are both descended from Abraham Cheshire born 1/2/1690 in Llanyblodwell (which is now in Shropshire). If I am correct Samuel Cheshire was born on 7/9/1817 to John Cheshire and Elizabeth, nee Pool who were married on 3/4/1815. John was born on 27/11/1786. I have built up a family tree which shows that your side of the family descends from Richard Cheshire b 25/2/1722 and mine from Thomas Cheshire b 17/7/1718, both of whom were Abrahams children. Member Since: March 2007 Posts: 1 Send Message	I'm descended from Samuel Cheshire, b. abt 1817 in Loppington, Shrops. He was a blacksmith & married to Hannah. Their children were William, John (both blacksmiths), Edward, Thomas, Joseph, Anne, and Samuel, my gt grandfather, who moved from Shrops to Liverpool and ended his days in Manchester. It looks like brothers Edward & Joseph also found his way to Liverpool. Hope to find some long lost Cheshire relatives!
