Hiya

We have McNamara's in the family - Patrick was born in 1817 (we think he was originally born in Ireland, was in Derby when he was 25 and settled in Sunderland) and married a Matilda and had 4 children.

I am looking for McNamaras born between 1811 and 1828. The offspring Charles Macnamara a coastguard chief boatman and his wife Elizabeth nee Williams, it is highly likely that they will have the middle name Williams. They will have been born during this period at the following locations when Charles was on various coastguard stations, Appledore, Porlock, Ilfracombe and Northam all in Devon, Kilorgan or Kilcorgan in County Galway, Morris Castle, Gorey in County Wexford. Sunderland, Bishopwearmouth, Seaham, Ryhope and Whitburn in County Durham.
