Sarah Evans (former married name Davies) b abt 1849/50 Nantwhich/Cheshire Living with husband Thomas Evans b1845ish from Madeley/Shropshire Their address in 1881 census was 23 john Street/Widnes,Lancs, England. children living with them were Mary A. Davies 12 Northwich, cheshire William Davies 9 possibly from Northwich Elizabeth Davies 7 Widnes, Lancs Emily Davies 3 Widnes,Lancs Sarah Evans 1 Widnes, Lancs. I am wondering whether this william aged 9 had a son Frederick who was in ww1 and living in hampshire and married an Alice Benham in 1917. He may have been in a camp based close to Bishops sutton. Would love to hear from anyone with connections to the above and hopefully shed some light on my William Davies. regards karen
