audrey marland{nee cooper]would like to hear from any descendants of william cooper born about 1820.his son edwin who married hannah barker in 1869 they had six children,martha, robert e, william henry,elizabeth hannah,emily,arthur[my grandfather].one of the sons was the father of joseph cooper the pianist and british tv personality, who was born10 7 1912 at westbury on trym bristol,he died8 4 2001 in nuffield hospital guildford.arthur married ada gregory in 1906 salford they had 2 children my father leslie dob 23 9 1910 and phyllis dob not known they all were living in and around salford at this time 24 anderson st at the time of the 1881census. i shall be pleased to hear from anyone who may be related. |
