Anyone connected to the Knowles family living in Walton-on-Thames in the 1730s? Our branch then moved to Bray in Berkshire in the 1830s/40s before turning up in Ayot St Peter, Herts in the 1870s/80s. They seemed to be in the Welwyn area for a while and then I lose them again until the late 1890s when they are in Amersham, Bucks. My husband's late father seems to have lost contact with his uncles and aunts etc. by the 1920s. We'd love to find anyone who can fill in some of our gaps.
