Rodger Report 5 Feb 2004 21:49

My branch of the Scaddens [formerly Scaddings] came from Hemyock to Symondsbury in Dorset circa 1739 when John Scadding [cordwainer] married Hannah Barnes. Another branch of Scaddens [or Scaddans] came from Cornwall to East Dorset in the late 1700s. We are trying to collate as much information as we can on www.scadding.net . I would be grateful if anyone interested would contact me at [email protected]. Thank you.
