I have two strands of the Pilkington family tree. One starting circa 1780 in Tottington near Bury lancashire with a James married to a Mary Holt and going to present day with family in Farnworth near Bolton, Lancashire. There is also another tree belonging to the Pilkington glass family going back to the Norman Conquest and ending with a James pilkington circa 1760 near Bury, Lancashire. I would like to see if I can link these two trees, or prove that both James Pilkingtons are the same one! I am a decendent of the first one! reply to [email protected] thank you
