My great great great grandfather was John Calcutt c1810 and presumably born somewhere in Oxfordshire. Married Harriet Westall in Witney, Oxfordshire in 1835, he was a hairdresser and they moved to London where their 3 sons were born, Henry, John and George (my great grandfather). They were living in the Haggerstone area when John senior died in 1848 aged 38. I have not been able to find out anything about his parents or siblings so would welcome any information that may possibly relate to him. |

As the marriage was pre 1837 you probably do not have a marriage certificate, would you like me to look up the parish register in Witney and let you know the details entered at the marriage.? |
