Replying to your message dated 29/08/2004 just seen 11/10/2007. The name Howcroft has some
connection with family. Briefly James Charles Lillock
Howcroft married Helena Jennings date and place
unknown. However James was born at Castleford
1895, Helena was born at Methley 1898. Both are
now deceased. Helena died 1991.No date for James.
Helena to family was Aunt Lena and James was Uncle Charles. Jennings family connected by own
marriage through Aunt Lenas sister Doris Hughes
nee Jennings, also deceased, being Mum in Law.
Sorry about lack of detail. Kind regards. Cyril

Looking for any connections to a Howcroft family from Aberford in Yorkshire around about 1730 to 1850's. I have quite alot of names already and would love to hear from anybody else with Howcroft connections from this area.
