Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	Looking for any relatives I may have from the Saltburn/Redcar/Marske area of North Yorkshire. My grand parents were Jack and Hilda Thompson - Jack had a grocers shop in Saltburn in the early to middle 1900 's. Their only son was my father, Basil (Bill) Thompson, who was an army officer serving with the 'Desert Rats' during the war, and the RAOC afterwards. Would love to hear from anyone from that side of the family.
