I am Michelle Speight (nee Gallacher). My father is Ronnie Gallacher born in Glasgow in 1954. His father was Hugh Gallacher and his mother was Margaret Lyttle both born in Glasgow. My father has 3 sisters, Margaret, Maureen and May and 2 brothers Hugh and John. I would love to hear from anyone who may be related.

Hi Michelle,

Is your Grandfather Hugh any connection to a Hugh Gallacher who palyed football for Scotland and Newcastle??? My GGGrandmother was Anne Brown (nee Gallacher) and I'm told that her brother was supposedly the footballer Hugh Gallacher?? I'm just keen to find someone who may know if this was true!
