My name is Patricia Garland nee Jones I'm trying to find any relations to my grandfather Robert Thomas Jones born Wales? about late1890s early 1900 married Lily in Lancashire, they had two sons CLIFFORD b. 1923 my father,DEREK b. 1933. My grandfather also had a brother David who emigrated to New Zealand, I hope there is someone out there as I keep hitting my head against a brick wall. My granddads birthplace was either Bangor-is-y-Coed or Betws-is-y-Coed. All that I really know is that my grandfather was a train driver. His first wife my grandmother died in 1944, he then remarried when my uncle Derek was a small boy. He moved to Ince-in-Makerfield and also lived in Grimsby. |
