Cork descent Buckley's in Rochdale Lancashire! ggrandpa Michael Buckley born 1883 married Julia Mulcahy born 1884, son Daniel (my grandpa) born 03/11/1905 daughter Mary. They came to Lancashire when my grandpa was a young boy, my grandpa married Ethel Walker born 23/03/1909 Manchester, they were married at St.Gabriels R.C School Chapel, Trubsmithy Castleton, had my dad Daniel born 15/05/1934 Rochdale, known residence, 13 Carnforth Avenue Chesham, 44 Ludgate Road Kirkholt, my dad married my mam Doreen King born 26/10/1938. Known residence for Mary who married Samuel Kilburn! 39 Cobden Lodge Tudor Hall Street Castleton. ggrandpa Michael died October 1959 aged 76 ggrandma Julia died January 1949 aged 65 both buried Rochdale Cemetery. My grandparents moved to Budleigh Salterton Devon in the early 1960's, grandpa died October 1998 aged 93 grandma died 2001 aged 92. |
