Member Since: February 2005 Posts: 0 Send Message	GEORGE DAVIES BORN 16/10/1897 I AM TRYING TO FIND THE FAMILY HISTORY OF MY GRANDFATHER GEORGE DAVIES. HE WAS BORN ON THE 16/10/1897, WE BELIEVE IN SCOTLAND BUT MAY HAVE BEEN AN ARMY BARRACKS CALLED THE CURRAGH CAMP IN KILDARE IN IRELAND. I ALSO HAVE BEEN TOLD HE SERVED IN THE ARMY UNTIL 1935 AND HAD A BROTHER NAMED JOSEPH THAT WAS KILLED IN THE 1ST WORLD WAR. ANY CONNECTION OR INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
