Hi, i am trying to trace my mothers side. Her parents (my grandparrents) married in Bristol 1913. Hisname was William John JonesHer name was Alice Hart. They had 6 children: Alice, Lillian(lil) Frances, Violet, Winnifred (babs - who is my mother), Bill, and Raymond. William was a miner in mid glamorgan south wales, he died c.1940 Alice died 1958 in St. Lenords hospital London Frances one of their daughters went to london i think during ww2 and was working on the buses. Alice lived in Bristol, Lillian lived in london, Violet lived in Wales, Babslived in london, but now lives in Norfolk, Bill worked in the mines in south wales, and Raymond was a manager of a coal mine. can anyone help me to start tracing this side of my family tree. Any help would be appreciated thanks. |
