Member Since: May 2005 Posts: 5 Send Message	Hi Im trying to trace an Arthur Russell Williams who married to Lilian Parnell in 1939 in Caerleon, Wales. He came from Blackwood at the time and i would like to get in touch with any surviving relatives of their family. My mother comes from the Parnell line and has no idea where any of them are so any help would be great. Thanks Nicky
