OK Here goes, I am searching for any information to help me piece together my families history. I only have my 92yr old grandfathers’ memory to go on so far. My grandfather Reginald Flavel Edwards b.1914 Australia G.G grandfather John Edwards b.? Australia G.G.G grandfather known as Charlie Edwards b.? (Around 1840's?) Was living in Kent and working as a baker before emigrating to South Australia, left behind a sister known as Kit (Kathleen?) Edwards, allegedly never married and also lived in Kent. I am currently living in London and in all my wisdom came to the UK thinking it would be straight forward, that Kent was a Village! How wrong can you be! So the research is proving to be not as easy as first expected. When Kit Edwards passed away she apparently left everything to a nephew/niece so there must be a relative somewhere. They were also apparently Methodist. I have begun searching in all the usual places but any help that anyone could provide would be GREATLY appreciated. Thankyou Byron
