hi, i'm looking for information on the Hill family, in the West midlands. i've found quite alot of information but i'm not sure how much is right! Samuel Hill b. 1674 his son also Samuel Hill (b.1689) married Martha Wright in 1716 they had 3/4 children, one of which, Joseph b.1721, married Jane Bridgewater in 1744 - 9 children (including another joseph!) Joseph b.1753 married Ann chambers in 1773 - 9 children John Hill married Elizabeth turner in 1789 they had 16 children Mark b.1829 married Sarah Ann banks and they had 4 children Betsy b.1856 married Thomas Walton and they had atleast 4 children, twins George and Alfred (b.1876) , Eliza and Emma. Most of the above lived in either Dudley, Willenhall or Rowley regis |
