I AM LOOKING FOR MY GREATGRANDMOTHER WHO GAVE BIRTH TO MY GRANDMOTHER AT 13 EDWARDS TERRACE QUAKERS YARD, TREHARRIS, MYRTHR TIDFIL. My GREATGRANDMOTHERS NAME WAS BLODWEN HARRIS AND MY NAN WAS BORN 1915. BLODWEN HARRIS WASNT MARRIED WHEN MY NAN WAS BORN. AT AROUND 18 MONTHS OLD SHE GAVE HER TO FAMILY MEMBERS WHO BROUGHT HER UP AS THEIR OWN, THIS FAMILY WAS THE MATTHEWS FAMILY AND THEY LIVED FOR MANY YEARS IN PONTYPRIDD. THE ONLY INFORMATION I HAVE IS ON MY NANS BIRTH CERTIFICATE, AND THERE IS NO FATHERS NAME ALSO HER OCCUPATION WAS DOMESTIC SERVANT. IF ANY ONE COULD HELP ME WITH THIS I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL. |
