	hi all - can anyone help to solve a family mystery please. My great grandfather Albert Roberts, born Swansea 1872 married Catherine Jones 2.10.1897. They had one son - John Mervyn 28.8.1909 - Catherine died in 1913 and John Mervyn (known as Jack) was left with a spinster aunt and Albert disappeared. None of the family ever heard from him again. We would like to know what happened to him. It is rumoured that he joined the army but we don't know for positive. I would be very grateful for any help. Thank you Elaine
