Not sure if it fits in or is connected but my husbands family is Bubb and his maternal grandfather was James Bubbwho was born in Chislet... do not recognise other names though, Have a look at my tree and see if there is a connection!

I am trying to find information on James Bubb, born 1909 in Chislet. Married to Elizabeth with children rose syd ted ethel. They lived in the village of sturry, near canterbury. He was a miner and my grandad. Rose was born in 1920. The only surviving child.
