I am looking for any relatives of Horace Frederick Williams, born 29/07/1896 in Birmingham. He was the son of Charles Williams and Matilda Nee Holtom. He had 2 brothers namely Edgar born c 1887 and Howard born c 1889. His father died in 1900 of TB. On the 1901 census Matilda calls herself Jane and lies about her age!! She also gave her 2 eldest children different names namely Oliver and William. It is obviously her as the address is the same as on Charles' death certificate. She did however put Frederick's name correctly. I have traced the Williams family back to 1808. Any help would be appreciated. |
