JAMES HENRY HALL born 1864, Sheffield, Yorkshire, England married to ELIZABETH HURST ( born 1870) on 17 Sept 1888 at the parish church in Handsworth, Woodhouse, Sheffield. Henry's father was JOHN HALL ( a miner) and Eliz., father was JOHN HURST ( a blacksmith). James & Eliz., had at least three children. ALFRED (my grandad) born 21 Sept 1901,SYDNEY born ? and a daughter married to a Mr. GILLEVER They lived in York Road, Darnall, Sheffield, plus other addresses in the Darnall area. Elizabeth was a shopkeeper on Irving Street, Darnall. Alfred and his wife Norah had a fruit and veg shop on Darnall Main Road during the 2.W.W. They also lived in Studley Road, Darnall. Sydney married Jessie and they had at least one son called Garry. They lived near St. Charles R.C. Church in Attercliffe, Sheffield. I am interested in any info on James Henry, his wife and their parents.I have all the info for Alfred but not a lot for the others, apart from the info above. Any info much appreciated.
