Hi my name is Janet { nee Cooper} and as I now live in Australia I thought that it would be hard to try and find any of my fathers relatives as he has since passed away and was very silent about who his relatives were, all I know is he was from Liverpool, { his name was Norman percy} and he had a brother named William { Bill} and his aunt Minnie raised them bothm my dads mums name was Frances, i did meet some relatives about 40 years ago who lived in Bootle, Im sure one of the girls I met was named Hilary, she would be 60ish now, also I remember a lady who made lovely cakes and her daughter was down syndrome, if any one can help me start to put a Cooper family tree together or even know of my family I would be truly grateful.
