Find Ancestors

I'm trying to find my father's family. His name was Arthur Jones, he was born 20/7/1917 in Wales we believe the Cardiff area. We known his mother who was Carnation Lovell died in 1919 of Spanish flu. His father's name was Thomas, we known they married in June 1902, he had two older brothers Tommy, & John, we believe his father married again to maybe Grace? and they may had a child Frank. I know my father was very upset when he discovered Frank had died. By the time my father joined the army in 1937 his father and brother John are on his army book as both being dead. John having died young from ear problems. We believe my father was fostered out as a child as the name Taylor keeps popping up. We know he lived in Whitaker Rd Tremorfa Cardiff with who we called nanny Lowe(maybe foster). We know my grandmother was born in the Bridgend area and would like any of either Thomas's relatives or Carnation's relatives to please get in touch.If anyone out there recalls my father please get in touch many thanks Chris
