I am trying to find out more about Waldron’s from Birmingham, particularly GLADYS (born 1890), HAROLD GEORGE (born approx 1893) and VICTOR (born 1897). (I think they were all born in Birmingham.) During most of the 1920-1940’s they lived in Stirchley, Birmingham. At times their mother, EMILY JANE lived with them. I have details of their father on the 1901 census, but I don’t know what happened to him after that. He was one of about 5 children – one of them was my Great Grandfather. GLADYS had a daughter called KATHLEEN, but I don’t know when. There was also an ALFRED WALDRON who lived in the same road at the same time. He lived there, I believe, until he died in 1972. ALFRED had a large family. I think one of his children may have been called RITA. I don’t know if ALFRED is related to the other Waldron family, but I would like to find out. |
