Hi! I'm Brian Pyper, born in Bangor County Down, Northern Ireland in 1963. Do I have any long lost relatives in either Australia or New Zealand? My family tree suggests I haven't but one never knows! Please get in touch, I'm sure there's other mad Pypers about down under!!

Hi Brian,

My name is Tracy Lawton (nee Pyper) and I live in Western Australia. I am originally from South Africa though and most of the Pyper's live there. They are definitely all mad, so could possibly be relations? :P

My Grandad was Christoffel Petrus Andries Pyper (1925 - 1989) and my gran is Cathleen Jean Pyper (nee Watson). His parents were Christoffel Petrus Andries Pyper (born 1896) and Magdalena Salmino Aletta Barendina Jooste (born 1909). I know they are originally of irish descent but am unsure as to when they moved to South Africa. My gran is of english descent and grew up in Lancashire. Not sure if any of these names appear on your tree or not. Fingers crossed, would be fantastic to trace some more family members.
