Hi Jill,
Just seen this message. I have 136 Heckingbottoms listed, so I think I qualify!! Like Peggy, their source is heavily in Pontefract. Are you still working on these links. Happy to share with you.

Hi Jill, i have Heckingbottoms,in my tree mainly from Pontefract,but some did go to Lancashire.My Grandfather was born in Formby,but they came back to Yorkshire and his father was George WILLIAM.
