Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 5 Send Message	GEORGE GREEN BIRMINGHAM POSSIBLY BORN AROUND 1890'S JOINED NAVY AND THEN JOINED ARMY 1914 SHERWOOD FORRESTERS. HE WAS GASSED BUT SURVIED. BECAME A SERGEANT AND A COOK. INVALIDED OUT OF THE ARMY. DIED 1929. BURIED WITTON CEMETRY. NO KNOWN INFORMATION ABOUT HIS PARENTS.HAD A SISTER CALLED MAY ALICE GREEN BOTH BOUGHT UP BY THERE AUNT IN HOCKLEY BIRMINGHAM. ANY INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT ME.
