Looks like Winifred's mother Amy Agnes possibly died either in child birth or due to complications :-( |

I was going to suggest that sporting £3.00 may very well be well worth it :-) |

I note that the 1911 Census gives Winifred's place of birth as Bootle, Lancashire. |

The coverage of the Inquest of the bodies of Mrs Sainsbury and Mrs Buckeridge is quite interesting with evidence by Mrs Sainsbury's sister, Miss Eliza Howell. |

You could try dna but you really need a relevant parent or grandparent to do the test. |

Hello, I am looking for any information and perhaps you can please help - I am searching for the mother of my adopted great grandmother - Winifred, born 1893 Bootle - adopted at 6 weeks old to Arthur Sainsbury. Can anyone help or maybe there is a baby that you know in your tree that matches this? Long shot I agree. I have just joined this site and I am not sure if or how I can find this out. Thank you so much, Anna. |
