Hello could anyone please look for James yeoman and Rachel yeoman nee Jefferson I have there births but cannot find there deaths. Think Rachel died first. James was born 1798 and he married Rachel in Scalby. They went onto liveinbramptonby sawden North Yorkshire where I believe he had. So many acres of land. Somewhere near the Whitby. Rd any help on my ggg grandparents is much appreciated. Many thanks.

As a Landowber there should be wills or other transactions. Have you tried the Nirth Yorkshire archives to see what they hold?
James is on one tree on here go to Search/ search all members trees. You can then send the tree owner a pm.

Put in the man’s name and birth year - find the entry - click on ‘FIND OUT MORE’ and send a message
Where have you looked for their deaths?
Are these people on any censuses?

They are on 1851 at least, so look for their deaths on the GRO site, which is FREE and gives age at death from 1837

He is said to be Married, but that may not be accurate, of course
