As Nameslessone advises - don't trust info on anyone's tree without documentary evidence.
The tree quoted by Maddie doesn't mention Allan.
My suggestion that Albert and Lillian may have been his parents is only a suggestion, as I can't prove it from online info, and I might be wrong.
You still need Allan's birth cert to be sure of his parents' names.
