Hopefully, there are only the 2 John A Campbells in the area, being such a common name, it could have been worse. Either could be correct.

Deborah

Deborah Report 28 May 2021 10:48

I think I have to order the certificate to be sure.

John H and Lilian are on the 1939 but there is no one else living at that address.

Am looking for parents of John A Campbell born 2nd qtr 1935, Paddington. mmn Kirk. Vol 1a, page 22.

He married Sheila M Jones, born Dec qtr 1936 in Paddington, mmn Forder.

I think I am sure John and Sheila had 2 children a boy and girl, both born in Paddington 1959 and 1963, I wont put their names.

John and Sheila married in 1957 in Paddington, 1st qtr 1957.

I don't need any information on Sheila, I have traced her back 3 generations, its John A Campbell I am stuck on.

I know I will probably have to order the marriage certificate.

I am trying to connect John Campbell to my Great Great Aunt and Uncle, James George Campbell 1865, Ireland, DOD unverified and his 2nd wife Annie Young White, 1872 Ireland, DOD unverified. They had 9 children, 4 were sons, James 1896, John 1900, William 1904 and David Eric 1907, all born in Ireland.

I know the information I have on John is sparce, that's why I am stuck, any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
