Below is the information from Lancashire Online Parish Clerk

This is the Baptism:for the parents i am seeking.....

13 Dec 1807 Parish Church, Coppull, Lancashire, England

I have been unable to find a marriage for John Holding to a Nanny and wondered if this may be an abbreviated name.

Nanny could be a "pet" version of Ann, Annie, Nancy, Hannah - and probably other names.

There are several other John & Nanny Holding baptisms in Coppull, as well as the one you've posted.

William 1805, Richard 1802, William 1798.

There's also the baptism of an Alice in 1795, with parents John and Anne

That looks like a good possibility -

Marriage: 29 Mar 1785 St Wilfrid, Standish, Lancs.
John Holding - (X), This Parish
Ann Lonsdale - (X), Spinster, The said Parish
Witness: John Smith; John Prescott
Banns Read: 13 Mar 1785, 2nd: Mar 1785, 3rd: 27 Mar 1785
Married by Banns by: Thos. Knowles, Curate

In the first 4m of 1785, there were 14 marrs at St Wilfrid's;
John Prescott is a witness on 4 of these, and John Smith on 11.
I would call both these guys "professional witnesses".
