Cant find a death record for Constance.

Assuming she died before Phyllis Irene was born.

So the facts are: Arthur 1879 to 1915

He married Constance 1898.

Whilst he was married to Constance he fathered Phyllis.

No wonder she was quick to re marry, aftyer he died.
