Find Ancestors

Ive come back to my tree after a break of a few years and have been looking for this man for a while
Today I found a death which maybe him. Do I have to wait for the record offices to reopen or can anyone tell me any more information?

I know about his parents and siblings but couldn't find more about him until today.

Maddie, most of what you found is my Keith, not sure about the death. His wife was Eileen and ive never found a birth so I don't know who Margaret is, maybe someone elses Keith. I will keep it in mind though.
