I HAVE FOUND MARRIAGE FOR LILLIAN TO WILLIAM COLLINS MARRIED IN 1936 IN DEVONPORT CANNOT FIND HER BIRTH. I THINK I FOUND WILLIAM BIRTH IN 1915 . I THINK WILLIAM OTHER INITAILS ARE WILLIAM J F???
