Find Ancestors

I have been trying for years to find ancestors from Norwood ,Surrey .I know Henry Samuel Arthur ,a seaman, married a girl from Perth, and settled there and raised a family.but I can't find his parents in surrey .Need help !

I have researched Arthur family from myself back as far as Henry Frederick Arthur born C1821Norwood,died 1898 Perth ,Scotland, Know fathers name ,but only Ann for mother. I do appreciate all offers of help .And shall keep trying to get through this brick wall :-)
