Was he a butcher who lived at 7 Manila St Sunderland?

He died 11th March 1950

I have found an announcement from solicitors, Crute and Son, asking for any claims against the estate, dated 15 September 1950 giving a date in November as the last date for claiming.

This is the death mentioned by PatinCyprus.

EDIT Amy Waggott was his daughter.

The 1940 death posted by Maddie looks the most likely.

Barnard Castle (where he was living in 1939) is in the Durham South Western reg district.
