or any of the others .

The Baptismal and Marriage Registers for Youghal do not cover the time period for James Fitzgeralds marriage to Ellen Mangan or her Baptism. Baptismal Reg.only goes to January 1881...James' will be in there somewhere but I haven't had time to check.

I have found 2 Managan children Baptised prior to Ellen (1881)

Catherine Mangan 4 June 1876 Parents Peter Mangan and Elizabeth Shanahan.

My nan went into service in England when she was either 11 / 12yrs old. She never returned to Ireland married my Grand dad in Willesden on the 24th Dec 1936. I have no idea if she had any siblings or when her parents were born married or died.

there are so many ellen fitzgerald's in uk do you know where she worked in England
does she have a middle name?

My Nan was born in Youghal Country Cork. Ellen Fitzgerald 25th Nov 1907. I know her parents names ( James Fitzgerald and Ellen Mangan )but that is all. She came to England and went into service and never returned to Ireland. So I don't have much info to go on and would be very happy if someone could help me.
