See if you can find a baptism on the following site, or even a marriage of a John Passilow in a suitable time-frame. Remember that the surname may not be exactly as expected.

Edit - Where was she born? Obviously, you've now said that the census posted by malyon is incorrect, so Rushden may not be appropriate. We need to look either for her baptism with John as a father, or the marriage of a John
