Its surprising what people remember when infomation is presented to them .I now think one of the brothers sereved in the prison service. Nearest prison is Chelmsford

I would like to get the birth certificate of Alan Ivan Harvey born 25/8/1930 in Wivenhoe Essex but cannot find the reference on GR or Free BMD
